FAQ

Common questions about working with a virtual assistant and the project management process at Digital Axons.

01

What exactly does a General Virtual Assistant do?

A General Virtual Assistant handles the administrative, organizational, and back-office tasks that keep your business running — email and calendar management, data entry, research, document preparation, and coordination — so you can focus on higher-value work.

02

How do we begin working together?

We start with a 30-minute introduction call to understand your goals, scope, and working style. From there, I propose a tailored engagement plan, agree on deliverables and communication cadence, and begin onboarding within a few business days.

03

How do you handle project management?

I follow a structured process: scope definition, timeline mapping, task assignment, regular check-ins, and transparent reporting. Projects are tracked in your preferred tool (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) so you always have live visibility into progress.

04

What hours and time zones do you cover?

I am based in the Philippines (GMT+8) and offer flexible overlap with client time zones. For long-term engagements, we agree on guaranteed availability windows that suit your business hours.

05

How is my information kept secure?

All client data is handled under strict confidentiality. Access is limited to assigned team members, credentials are stored in encrypted vaults, and sensitive documents are managed through secure, access-controlled channels.

06

What are your payment terms?

Engagements are billed monthly in advance for retained services, or per-project for scoped work. Invoices are issued with clear line items and are due within seven days. Details are outlined in the service agreement.

07

Can you scale support as my business grows?

Yes. Digital Axons is a virtual team, so support can scale from a single assistant to a coordinated team covering administration, marketing, customer support, and operations as your needs expand.

08

What if I need to pause or end the engagement?

Retained engagements can be paused or ended with 14 days' written notice. Any work completed up to that point is handed over in an organized, documented format so you can continue without disruption.
